Job DescriptionLead design development and documentation while maintaining design integrity and ensuring technical accuracy. This role involves project coordination, technical execution, mentorship, client interaction, and construction administration.Responsibilities

• Lead design development and documentation, maintaining design integrity and ensuring technical accuracy.
• Work closely with Project Managers to manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with consultants and in-house engineering teams.
• Develop and oversee construction documents in Revit/AutoCAD, ensuring quality and compliance with codes and standards.
• Support and mentor junior architects and interns in technical development and project workflow.
• Participate in client meetings and effectively communicate design intent and progress.
• Support during the Construction Administration phase with submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and punch lists.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.21 – $43.27/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
