Description: Job Title: Licensed ArchitectJob DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect with a professional degree in Architecture and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Conduct site evaluations and develop comprehensive architectural plans.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Manage project schedules, quality control, and construction administration.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience in architectural design and drafting.
• Ability to produce construction documents.
• Experience in design development and schematic design.
• Strong technical skills and experience across all phases of project development.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in Columbia, TN and will be primarily in-office.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 – $45.67/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
