Description: Job Title: Project Manager Legacy Modernization (State Government Projects)Location: Austin, TX(Hybrid Need Texas local)We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Required Qualifications:

• Project Management Experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations
• State of Texas or Similar Federal/State Project Management Experience
• Project Management /Systems Analyst Experience leading and managing legacy modernization projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• State of Texas Project Delivery Framework Experience
• Experience with low code/no code solution
• Experience with Texas Statewide systems
• Experience in State of Texas QAT process for major Information Resources project (MIRP)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale enterprise implementation projects focused on legacy system modernization
• Ensure alignment with Texas Project Delivery Framework, where applicable
• Collaborate with stakeholders including state agencies, vendors, and technical teams to meet project goals
• Oversee and coordinate project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities
• Prepare and present documentation for Texas QAT reviews if applicable
• Drive adoption of low/no-code platforms as part of modernization efforts
• Provide leadership throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Ensure project deliverables are in compliance with state policies and standards
