We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Real Estate Coordinator / Legal Assistant to join our team. This full-time, in-office position supports our attorneys in managing real estate transactions, preparing legal documents, communicating with clients, and coordinating with title/escrow professionals. It’s ideal for someone looking to pivot from escrow or real estate into a stable, long-term legal role with room to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and organize legal and real estate documentsSupport attorneys with transactional real estate filesManage client communications, calendars, and deadlinesCoordinate with title companies, escrow officers, and lendersMaintain digital file systems and case tracking toolsAssist with legal research, due diligence, and administrative supportQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience as a transaction coordinator, escrow/title officer, loan processor, or real estate/legal administratorStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and PDF softwareAbility to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environmentBonus: Interest in real estate law or desire to grow in the legal fieldPlus: Social media knowledge and comfort with online toolsPreferred: College degreeWhat We OfferFull-time salaried position with predictable hours (Monday-Friday, no weekends)Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)Health benefits availableParalegal certificate stipend available after 6 monthsClear path to grow into legal assistant or paralegal roleMentorship from attorneys and senior staffFriendly, supportive, and engaging office cultureRespectful work/life balance with no end-of-month chaos
