Description: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Law Partner to lead and manage complex litigation matters within the realms of real estate and corporate disputes. The successful candidate will offer strategic legal counsel on a variety of issues, including commercial lease disagreements, construction claims, zoning disputes, shareholder conflicts, and breach of contract cases.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on real estate transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Oversee and guide junior attorneys and litigation teams throughout all litigation phases, from discovery to motion practice, trial, and appeal.
• Drive business development by cultivating and expanding client relationships and contributing to the firm’s growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to develop practice group strategies and mentor associates, fostering a culture of high ethical standards and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the [State] Bar.
• At least 10 years of substantial experience in real estate and corporate litigation.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and cross-practice collaboration.
• Exceptional skills in legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation.
• Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.
• A portable book of business preferred (minimum $500K ideal, but flexible based on candidate profile).
