Description: Position Title: Recruiter / HR Generalist
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Onsite (No Remote Work)
Reports To: Division HR ManagerPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Recruiter/HR Generalist to support both recruiting and HR operations. This hybrid role will assist the Lead Recruiter, HR Manager, and HR Generalist in various talent acquisition and HR-related functions. The ideal candidate brings a balance of recruiting expertise and HR generalist experience, with a focus on delivering high-impact support across the employee lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting (50%)Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Light Industrial, Engineering, and Business Operations roles.Develop strategic sourcing methods to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews and manage requisition workflows.Partner with hiring managers to craft job postings and recruitment strategies.Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications.Maintain talent pipelines for key positions and hard-to-fill roles.Support Affirmative Action and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.Advise and train hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and interviewing.HR Generalist (50%)Coordinate employee onboarding and support training and development programs.Address employee inquiries related to HR topics (e.g., compensation, leave).Analyze and report on HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and turnover.Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and organizational structures.Review and update HR policies and standard operating procedures.Perform other HR duties as needed to support department goals.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree required (HR or Business-related field preferred).Experience:Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience in HR generalist functions within a manufacturing environment preferred.Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication skills.Candidate Notes (To be Included in Resume or Prescreen Submission)Please ensure the following questions are answered:What is your expected hourly rate?Why are you looking to make a change?
