• Review and draft legal documents
• Provide legal advice to clients pertaining to toxic tort litigation matters
• Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
• Handle legal research and analysis
• Participate in negotiations and mediations
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of South Carolina
• 1+ years experience in toxic tort litigation
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
