  • Uses problem solving skills to determine problems and understand fundamental parts of the challenge.
  • Conducts analysis as directed and prepares and delivers insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Executes tasks related to functional projects and/or process improvements.
  • Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.
  • Creating and updating internal processes, design training templates, and learning paths to minimize future content development time.
  • Align your ingenuity and innovative ideas with the global strategic plans of the business.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Able to be flexible and adapt to changing situations while remaining positive.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to think critically and communicate concisely and thoughtfully, in person and in writing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Experience (North America):

  • Interns must be 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED (accredited), and be pursuing a (accredited)bachelor’s degree in a field of study relevant to the internship such as Training or Learning Design.
  • Must have completed Course Work Hours: 60.0 and be enrolled as a college student in the fall of 2025.
  • Experience: No prior work experience required.
  • Motivated, energetic, ready to jump into new situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in written format and verbally
  • Must be available to participate in the 12-week internship program from start to finish (May 19 – Aug15, 2025).
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week/standard working hours.
  • High preference for students with at least a 3.0 GPA.
