Description: Licensed Therapist Position (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – California-BasedWe are hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide virtual therapeutic care to clients across California. Join a dedicated team offering meaningful, evidence-based care in a flexible, remote setting.Job Type: Full-Time, RemoteSchedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PMCompensation: $110,000–$130,000 annually, plus benefitsResponsibilities:

• Facilitate online therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, using proven techniques.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address unique client needs.
• Work within a collaborative team to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded care.
• Stay informed through professional learning opportunities.
• Actively contribute ideas to improve clinical programs.

RequirementsRequirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
• Two years of relevant experience in mental health.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients.
• Prior experience with digital health records is an advantage.
