However, applicants with general exposure to or experience in the construction industry (such as commercial, industrial, residential, civil, or specialty trades) will likely excel in this role due to their industry familiarity and insight.What You’ll Do:Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers in the construction industrySource, screen, and interview construction professionals for roles ranging from field to executive levelFacilitate the interview and hiring process between clients and candidatesUtilize gpac’s industry-leading tools, training, and mentorship to build a successful recruiting deskManage your own book of business with the support of a national team behind youWhat We’re Looking For:Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindsetSolid communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentFamiliarity with or prior experience in the construction industry is a major plus (e.g., estimating, project management, field operations, or supplier/vendor experience)Willingness to learn the recruiting profession from the ground up with full training providedCompensation Structure:

• Draw vs. Commission pay model
• Majority commission-based structure with unlimited earn
