Description: Ross High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our team of educators committed to supporting all students in reaching their full potential. This role plays a critical part in providing tailored instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with identified needsCollaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support student successProvide direct instruction and support in both inclusive and resource room settingsMonitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelinesParticipate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activitiesQualifications:Valid Ohio teaching license with appropriate Intervention Specialist certificationKnowledge of current best practices in special education and instructional strategies
