You ensure smooth shop flow, follow Bartender Non-Negotiables, and support daily operations and sales. Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Front Desk OperationsGreet and check in/out clients using BookerManage client profiles and troubleshoot scheduling or POS issuesHandle payments, tips, and commissions with integrityAnswer phones and voicemails promptly; escalate concerns as neededReview client notes to ensure personalized serviceShop Flow & Team SupportPair clients with stylists and manage break schedules when neededSupport shop management in maintaining smooth daily operationsServe complimentary beverages and engage clients to create a bar-like vibeMaintain clear communication with team and leadershipSales & Product KnowledgeRecommend and sell products, tools, and membershipsRestock and maintain retail displaysSupport merchandising and inventory tasksCleanliness & StandardsMaintain shop cleanliness and complete assigned side workFollow all opening, closing, and shift dutiesTraining & CultureHelp onboard and train new BartendersContribute to a positive, team-first cultureAttend mandatory meetings and uphold Drybar’s 10 Core Values Qualifications:What We’re Looking For:2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
