The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet our customers’ needs. You will play a key role in promoting Beloform’s products and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutionsPresent and demonstrate products, services, and solutions effectivelyPrepare and deliver professional sales proposals and presentationsMaintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activitiesCollaborate with internal teams (design, operations, customer service) to ensure client satisfactionMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsStay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitorsQualificationsQualificationsProven experience in sales, preferably in design, construction, or interior solutionsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse clientsHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-drivenProficiency in MS Office and CRM systemsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Additional InformationBenefitsCompetitive salary between $55,000 and $60,000 per yearOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive and collaborative work environmentPaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insuranceOn-site training and mentoring programs
