This role involves completing a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, refrigeration, electrical work, and ventilation systems. The manager is also responsible for assisting other maintenance personnel, collaborating with vendors and contractors, and regularly performing preventive maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION:High school diploma or GED equivalentCERTIFICATION/LICENSE:EPA Refrigerant certificationValid Georgia Driver’s LicenseCriminal Justice FingerprintBackground ClearanceWORK EXPERIENCE:Minimum five (5) years’ experience in food service (kitchen) equipment repairDemonstrated ability to communicate and receive information both in person and on the telephoneKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESSkills-based CompetenciesRequired to perform multiple, technical tasks with a potential need to upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions.
