Description: We are seeking a Senior Active Directory SME Architect for a full-time consulting role with a global enterprise company. This position is hybrid in, Allen, TX, Austin TX and Costa Mesa, CA and requires expertise in Active Directory, Azure, O365, PowerShell scripting, and Windows Server administration. • 10+ years of expertise in Active Directory, Azure, O365, PKI, DNS, and Group Policy administration
• Extensive PowerShell scripting experience (automation and system administration)
• Strong background in Windows Server administration (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
• Experience designing and maintaining AD Trusts, Group Policies, Replication, Global Catalog, and PKI
• Ability to perform Active Directory discovery, infrastructure analysis, and dependency mapping
• Experience with system automation and scripting for process improvements
• Strong communication skills to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Consulting background is highly preferred
• Experience working with large enterprise environments
• Knowledge of client/server network protocols
• Ability to refine requirements, create technical design specifications, and document solutions
• Strong decision-making and time management skills

What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown

• 40% Active Directory Infrastructure Design & Maintenance
• 30% PowerShell Scripting & Automation
• 20% Azure, O365, and Cloud Service Administration
• 10% Windows Server Administration & Performance Monitoring

Daily Responsibilities

• 60% Hands-on Active Directory administration, automation, and troubleshooting
• 25% Collaborating with project managers and business units
• 15% Documentation, reporting, and refining security policies
