Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal representation to clients in family law matters, managing cases from the initial consultation to the final resolution with a focus on developing effective strategies.
  • Demonstrate autonomy in guiding clients through the legal process while maintaining a balance between empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensure successful legal outcomes and long-term relationships by effectively communicating with clients, other attorneys, and the court throughout the legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate proactively with legal and support staff to deliver a top-notch customer experience, including timely and clear communication, in family law cases in Wake, Johnston, and Harnett Counties.
