Responsibilities:

• Handle family law cases from inception to completion, including divorces, custody, child support, and other related matters, with courtroom experience.
• Conduct in-depth research on various family law issues to develop strong cases.
• Demonstrate excellent research, writing, and analytical skills throughout case preparation.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as required.
• Review, analyze, and draft legal documents efficiently with top-notch organization and time management.
• Stay updated on legal issues by conducting thorough research.

Qualifications:

• Effectively communicate with clients of varying levels of understanding on technical/legal matters with empathy and knowledge
• Interact professionally with a range of contacts, including external attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff, demonstrating high personal integrity and ethical standards
• Monitor and manage billable hours to ensure all client and case management requirements are met efficiently
• Essential experience in Family Law
• Active license to practice law in Georgia
• Possess strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
