Responsibilities:

• Manage family law cases from start to finish, including divorce, custody, child support, and related matters, with demonstrated courtroom experience.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategy and strengthen client representation.
• Apply strong research, writing, and analytical skills in all phases of case development.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Efficiently draft, review, and analyze legal documents with a high level of organization and time management.

Qualifications:

• Effectively communicate with clients of varying levels of understanding on technical/legal matters with empathy and knowledge
• Interact professionally with a range of contacts, including external attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff, demonstrating high personal integrity and ethical standards
• Monitor and manage billable hours to ensure all client and case management requirements are met efficiently
• Essential experience in Family Law
• Active license to practice law in Georgia
