If you’re passionate about guiding clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives, we want to hear from you.The ideal candidate will:

• Have extensive experience preparing legal documents related to divorce, spousal and child support, custody and visitation, and property division.
• Be skilled in managing complex cases involving domestic violence, child custody disputes, and allegations of abuse.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of success in both litigation and settlement negotiations.

• Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process
• Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed
• Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action
• Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings when needed
• Keep client files properly organized and up to date
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations
• Ability to successfully represent both plaintiff and defendant sides of a case
• Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association)
