Care Coordinator Can earn Pay:

  • Up to $21 – $24 per hour (based upon experience)

Job Title: Senior Home Care Coordinator/Recruiter/SchedulerJob Type: Full-Time / Part-TimeKey Responsibilities:Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Source, screen, and interview qualified caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, and companions).
  • Conduct background checks, verify credentials, and ensure compliance with company and state requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and orientation for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of caregivers to meet staffing needs.

Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Assign caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and client preferences.
  • Maintain and update the scheduling system to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Handle last-minute schedule changes, call-offs, and replacements promptly.
  • Communicate schedule updates to caregivers and clients efficiently.

Client & Caregiver Support:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers regarding work schedules and client needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and families, addressing concerns and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Monitor caregiver performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts between clients and caregivers professionally.

Administrative & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate employee and client records.
  • Ensure all caregivers meet training and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with payroll and billing by verifying caregiver hours and attendance.
  • Support the office team with other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years in home care, healthcare staffing, scheduling, or a similar role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., ClearCare, WellSky, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices is a plus.
