We are committed to delivering innovative and timeless designs that reflect the highest level of craftsmanship, functionality, and sophistication.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Architect with a strong background in luxury residential and hospitality design. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, technical precision, and seamless execution. This role requires collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams to bring visionary designs to life.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the design and execution of high-end residential and hospitality projects.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to translate visions into functional and aesthetically exceptional designs.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, ensuring quality standards and design integrity.
• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience in luxury residential and/or hospitality architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Exceptional design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Licensed Architect (preferred but not required).
