Description: Kforce is looking for a Senior/Lead Azure Developer for a fulltime position in the Allen/McKinney, TX area. Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform, specifically tailored for eCommerce applications. Your expertise in Azure and eCommerce will play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients’ online shopping experiences and driving business growth. Duties Include:

  • Senior/Lead Azure Developer will design, develop, and deploy Azure-based solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions
  • Implement Azure services, such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure CDN, to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Integrate third-party systems, extensions, and APIs with Adobe Commerce/Magento to enhance the eCommerce functionality
  • As a Senior/Lead Azure Developer, you will optimize the application architecture for scalability, performance, and security in a cloud environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure infrastructure, integrations, and eCommerce functionalities
  • Stay updated with the latest Azure and eCommerce trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our clients’ eCommerce capabilities
  • Proven experience as an Azure Developer, with a strong focus on eCommerce
  • In-depth understanding of Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure CDN
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce concepts, such as catalog management, order management, payment gateways, and shipping integrations
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools in an Azure environment
  • Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, and JSON
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Azure Developer, with a strong focus on eCommerce

  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce concepts, such as catalog management, order management, payment gateways, and shipping integrations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. Salary: $135000 – 140000 per year
