Description: Kforce has a client in Katy, TX that is seeking a Senior Manager – Category Marketing. Responsibilities:

• The Senior Manager will lead seasonal and evergreen marketing strategies across product categories, collaborating cross-functionally with e-commerce, insights, media, creative, and merchandising teams
• Craft detailed campaign briefs to align internal teams and external partners around marketing objectives
• Manage execution of campaigns to ensure alignment with brand strategy, market trends, and customer needs
• Partner with e-commerce to optimize digital journeys and drive omnichannel engagement
• Guide and mentor Category Marketing Specialists, ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets and execution milestones
• Oversee marketing material accuracy through collaboration with creative, production, and offer teams
• Contribute to quarterly marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to drive traffic and conversion
• The Senior Manager will monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform best-in-class practices
• Foster a strong team culture and support team development

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required
• 7+ years of experience in retail, CPG, or agency-side marketing with experience supporting Fortune 500 brands
• 2+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of customer insights, business analysis, and seasonal marketing strategies
• Strong verbal/written communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Effective project management with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Regular onsite attendance required
• Must meet acceptable vision and hearing standards to perform job duties
• Must adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional expectations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
