- Strong project management experience, managing multiple projects concurrently
- Working knowledge and experience with developing marketing briefs and business requirements
- Analytical ability to problem solve
- Attention to details to ensure accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office applications and project management tools such as Smartsheet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms
- Online content management experience
- Active and fast learner; organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively
- Be a champion for innovation
- Punctual to work and meeting; have sense of urgency
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and communicate business requirements
- Facilitate project tasks and maintain project progress
- Ensure alignment and coordination across functional teams and at various levels
- Proactively monitor, identify, and problem solve for project risks/issues and escalate appropriately
- Communicate project performance and decisions necessary for project delivery
- Gather strategic and technical input and assist in problem solving
- QC online content for accuracy
