WAME provides technology services to provide operating leverage and scale to support Schwab Asset Management, Financial Research and Wealth & Advice Solutions Management organizations across the broader Schwab organization.Our CRM (Salesforce) team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer who is passionate about Salesforce and building robust world-class CRM system. If you are passionate about staying on top of new and emerging Salesforce technologies, have a keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid knowledge base, this could be the role for you!What you haveRequired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field
• 5 -10 years of strong experience building custom solutions using Salesforce OTB declarative solutions like Flows, Approval processes, etc. and using custom languages/frameworks like Apex (triggers & classes), Lightning Framework, LWC, SOQL and Visualforce and using industry standard languages like JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
• 2-5 years of working with Apex Integration Services using Apex Callouts and building custom Apex REST APIs.
• 5+ years of experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with Salesforce Data Loader tool to extract, transform and load data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with CI/CD tools like Copado to migrate and promote code through environments.
• Salesforce certification(s), such as Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer I & II strongly preferred.
• Possess critical thinking skills to address challenges that arise during Software Development process.
• Excellent Salesforce debugging skills to identify, track and solve code errors, user issues and bugs
• .Developers should be committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with new features, technologies, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and to effectively interact and collaborate with all types of stakeholders, both technical and business, peers, and management.
• Ability to think creatively and produce creative solutions when tools do not work.

Salary: $35.14 – 71.83 per hour
