• Client is seeking a Senior Sitecore / .NET Web Developer to join the Digital Web Development team.
• This role is ideal for a Seasoned Developer with a strong background in CMS implementation and modern web technologies.
• Will play a key role in delivering innovative, scalable solutions that support the digital strategy and enhance user experiences across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Owners (BOs), Product Owners (POs), and IT teams to design, develop, and maintain business-critical web applications.
• Lead mid-sized website enhancement projects, leveraging Sitecore’s built-in capabilities to drive engagement and sales.
• Recommend and implement improvements to development methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and architects to deliver elegant, forward-thinking solutions.
• Develop complex features using modern tools and frameworks including Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore JSS, C#, ReactJS, and MuleSoft.
• Continuously optimize application performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in modern web development.
• Proven experience leading development projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong system design and analytical skills.
• Expertise in Sitecore CMS development (minimum 5 years), including modular development using Helix principles.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (3–5 years).
• Familiarity with source control tools such as Bitbucket / Git.
• Experience writing integration and unit tests.
• Agile / Scrum development experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and quick to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Experience building high-volume, mission-critical production systems.
