Description: Web Application Designer/Developer
We are currently looking for a Web Application Designer/Developer to join our team. Must be local to St. Louis.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development leadership and team members to scope, design, and develop custom web applications.
• Consolidate large volumes of information into persuasive and visually compelling user experiences.
• Apply creative, technical, and analytical skills to deliver scalable and high-performance web solutions.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Microsoft .NET Core and related technologies.
• Utilize advanced design skills to support a variety of marketing and business objectives.
• Scope projects and determine both design and development requirements.
• Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both technical and non-technical contexts.
• Contribute to mobile application development as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as a full stack web/interactive designer/developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework and .NET Core, Visual Studio, and Microsoft Web API.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entity Framework and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Intermediate to expert-level skills in JavaScript and unit testing.
• Experience with mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, layout, color theory, and typography.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
