This position will be a full-time, 6 month W2 contract and is hybrid.What You’ll DoCreate and customize SharePoint sites and applications to meet organizational needsBuild web parts, custom workflows, and integrate with other systemsProvide ongoing support and maintenance for SharePoint environmentsEnsure smooth operation and timely resolution of issuesWork closely with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managersGather requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectivesMonitor and optimize SharePoint performanceIdentify and resolve technical issuesUse debugging tools and techniques to ensure minimal downtimeImplement security measuresEnsure compliance with organizational policies and industry standardsProvide training and create documentation for users and administratorsFacilitate effective use of SharePoint solutionWhat You’ll NeedRequired:Knowledge of the principles, best practices, methods, and techniques used in designing and developing modern SharePoint sitesKnowledge implementing SharePoint sites for a variety of small and large format output devices such as tablets and smartphones, including responsive design techniquesExperience with administration of SharePoint hubs, pages, sites, and site collections, and an in-depth understanding of out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality; experience with SharePoint Online a mustExperience using SharePoint document libraries for document management, including implementation and maintenance of taxonomies and metadataExperience with SharePoint development, such as custom form development using Microsoft Forms, PowerApps, or workflow development using Power AutomatePreferred:Familiar with the County’s structure and services; familiar with departments and their operationsAbility to self-motivate, manage, and perform personal daily activities and multiple major projectsAbility to prepare and deliver effective presentations at various levelsAbility to use diplomacy in dealing with difficult customers and delivery of servicesAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with peers and othersAbility to communicate with tact, patience, and courtesy at all levels of the organizationAbility to assist personnel with training of innovative technologiesAbility to establish and maintain effective work relationships, both inside and outside of the work sectionAbility to self-develop relevant job-related skill(s) for current and future rolesAbility to identify, to take ownership of, and to troubleshoot and solve major problemsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor#LI-CZ1Reasonable Accommodation StatementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.Equal Employment Opportunity Policy StatementCAI is committed to equal employment opportunity.
