- Architect Enterprise-Grade Solutions – Lead technical discovery and solution design for large-scale deployments, mapping business objectives to robust technical architectures.
- Define integration strategies leveraging REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SDKs, event-driven patterns, and secure enterprise data flows.
- Own Technical Success from Day One – Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure onboarding success and time-to-value goals are met.
- Build proof-of-concepts, demos, and reference architectures that inspire confidence and accelerate adoption.
- Be the Bridge Between Business & Engineering – Translate complex customer requirements into actionable specifications for Netomi’s engineering and product teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor—educating both technical and non-technical stakeholders on best practices, trade-offs, and roadmap considerations.
- Get Hands-On with Implementation – Configure the Netomi platform, connect to CRMs, contact centers, messaging platforms, and enterprise data systems.
- Develop lightweight integration code and automation scripts when needed to unblock deployments.
- Contribute to Product & Platform Evolution – Provide feedback to Product Management on feature gaps, customer needs, and emerging market demands.
- Author high-quality solution documentation, reusable templates, and technical playbooks for internal and customer use.
Ideal Profile
- Experience & Skills – 7+ years in solution architecture, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integration architectures (REST, GraphQL, event-driven), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk), contact center systems, and messaging APIs.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with both executives and engineers.
- Mindset & Attributes – Customer-first problem solver with a bias for action.
- Skilled at balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term architectural vision.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong communicator who can influence without authority and inspire trust across functions.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
