This role will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional projects that transform raw data into actionable, high-quality datasets while establishing the infrastructure and processes needed to deliver data efficiently across the organization for AI and analytics use cases.Project Leadership and StrategyLead end-to-end project management for data readiness assessments, data governance implementations, and organizational change initiativesDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex data and data governance projectsManage project portfolios involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and technical dependenciesLead data readiness assessments to identify gaps in data availability, quality, and format requirementsManage projects for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across multiple data sources and consumer applicationsEstablish SLAs and monitoring frameworks for data delivery performance, availability, and quality metricsImplement data governance frameworks that support scalable data delivery while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)Establish data stewardship programs and quality standards that maintain data integrity throughout delivery pipelinesCoordinate data lineage mapping and impact analysis to support reliable data delivery and change managementServe as primary liaison between data engineering, data science, business stakeholders, and executive leadership on data delivery initiativesFacilitate requirements gathering sessions to understand data consumption patterns and delivery needs across business unitsDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, data delivery metrics, and performance dashboardsPresent data readiness assessments, delivery performance metrics, and project updates to steering committees and leadership teamsexperience with SQL or other query-languagesCertification in data management (CDMP), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), or DataOps practicesExperience with agile project management methodologies, DevOps, and DataOps implementationDeep understanding of data pipeline architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data delivery patternsExperience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP)Mandatory Skills: PySpark .Experience: 8-10 Years .Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
