Become a maker of possible with us.Job Description:Design, architect, build, test, and support Product Lifecyle Management solutions & enhancements in collaboration with our strategic system integrators * Technical co-lead of the PTC Windchill / Siemens Teamcenter & Polarion platforms in partnership with BD business product owners.Collaborate with Business Partner teams, Platform Solutions analysts, Development teams to elicit and translate business requirements into Functional Design and Technical SpecificationsLead and participate in solution design workshops with TGS strategic system integrators to deliver solutions that scale across businesses, functions, and regionsProvide technical support to develop integrated solutions across cross-functional business processes, applications, and platformsLead solution architecture and prototype technical solutions for Product Lifecycle ManagementImprove delivery quality through unit testing, regression testing and performing FUT verificationFacilitate & collaborate with global vendor support teams to ensure break fix issues are resolved in a timely mannerOversee root cause analysis for break fixes & identify permanent resolutions through software fix or business process changesQualifications:
Proven experience with PLM release management, regression testing, and validationProven ability to translate business process and user requirements into functional requirements and solution designAbility to influence others across various levels in the organization, work independently, and manage through ambiguityAbility to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrentlyBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related fieldMinimum 10 years’ experience in the PLM domainExperience managing/overseeing SI delivery partnersExperience managing SDLC deliverables in a GxP settingStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizing, planning and priority setting skillsPreferred Skills:Experience with other R&D / PLM solutionsExperience integrating PLM solutions with other SAP and non-SAP manufacturing & Quality platformsExperience working with MuleSoft as a middleware platformExperience working in a large matrixed and FDA regulated corporationDomain experience in the Life Sciences IndustryFor certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company’s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
