Primary Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate, Guide & Support new and existing customers
  • Full customer life cycle – presale, setup, installation and support
  • Documentation

Skills & Experience

  • 5 years+ in Engineering and Ops (systems, software, infrastructure, etc)
  • 2 years+ supporting external customers (solutions, customer success, support, etc)
  • Orchestration, Containerization
  • Kubernetes (design, deploy, manage)
  • Cloud (compute, networking & storage services)
  • AKS, EKS, GKE
  • Cloud-native
  • Linux skills (Bash, Shell) are a must
  • Python, Go, C
  • IaC
  • Degree in Engineering, CS, EE, CE or relevant discipline is ideal
