We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Investment Management marketing team.
Working in an agile pod structure, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that’ll drive the market visibility and appetite for Lincoln’s timely market insights, underlying investment expertise and enterprise offering.What you’ll be doingWhat you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments, assess the impact, and collaborate with team and stakeholders to incorporate new trends and development in current and future solutions.
  • Perform and deliver on assignments and projects while leveraging and applying knowledge of Lincoln’s investments and the financial markets.
  • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to influence the investment marketing strategy across all channels – content, social, advertising, digital marketing, web, including repository of documents
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and solutions to improve marketing programs and processes.
  • Develop, identify, write and edit a range of materials in collaboration with stakeholders to communicate fund expertise and performance, including but not limited to monthly/quarterly reports, fund commentaries, weekly market commentaries, fund fact sheets and investment guides.
  • Communicate marketing plan components, ensuring understanding and buy in by appropriate stakeholders and team members.
  • Build relationships and partner with internal stakeholders to elicit and capture marketing business goals and ensure all marketing tools, collateral and plan components are in alignment with the goals and objectives
  • Ensure full collateral set is accurate, relevant, compliant and consistent with Lincoln’s editorial and brand standards.
  • Review and communicate performance metrics that track and assess the effectiveness of marketing plan components to team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing change management and departmental/enterprise initiatives.
  • Have fun, be intellectually curious and willing to test and learn new approaches

What we’re looking forWhat we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 – 3+ Years experience in financial services, investment marketing experience preferred
  • Demonstrates an interest in investments or knowledge of financial markets (i.e. familiarity of market trends, investment strategies, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to apply concepts such as probability, statistics, percentages, etc. to practical solutions.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to evaluate information and implications of a course of action or solution.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment.
  • Ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches.
  • Evaluate trends in data or information.

Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
