Collier County Public Schools is excited to announce our upcoming Spring Teacher Recruitment Fair! This event is open to outside candidates and active CCPS Guest Teachers who wish to explore teaching opportunities within our district.Event Details:

• When:

Friday, May 9th and 16th * Where:Collier County Public Schools
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Administration Building
5775 Osceola Trail, Naples, FL
Eligibility:
Walk-ins are welcome; however, we strongly encourage attendees to apply beforehand. This allows our HR team to pair attendees with principals or school administrators who have openings that align with their certification, experience, or interests.To be eligible to attend, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in any area (May 2025 graduates are welcome to attend); OR
• Hold current Florida Department of Education Teacher Certification; OR
• Possess a valid Statement of Eligibility from the Florida Department of Education; OR
• Have current certification from out of state

Pre-Registration Process:

• Submit your application online for the 2025 Spring Recruitment Fair (Job ID: 20168).
• After applying, you will receive an email invitation welcoming you to select a specific time to meet with a principal or another school administrator (on May 9th or 16th).

• Interviews can be conducted either online or in person.

Certification Requirements for Immediate Job Offers:

• Elementary School Positions: Pre K to 3rd Grade or K-6 certification
• Middle School Positions: 5-9 or 6-12 certification
• High School Positions: 6-12 certification in a specific subject area
• ESE Positions: Dual certification – ESE (K-12) AND Elem Ed or 5-9/6-12 Core Subject Area
