The project is slated to start ASAP and run through January, 2026, with a possibility to extend, and potentially convert. Hours will vary from 20 – 40 hours weekly throughout the engagement.The Sr. AD Freelancer would be responsible for across a handful of projects at varying stages of production. There is a chance the role may be open for a permanent hire long-term.

• Creating original concepts with clear, concise art direction and design that is both visually interesting, on brand, and focused on performance marketing
• Designing in a range of visual styles as appropriate for our clients and mediums and integrating design requirements and best practices into all phases of production
• Assisting the Creative Director and Associate Creative Directors
• Maintaining responsibility for each project through final execution, including QA and reviewing and signing off on all revisions and production phases
• Collaborating with Project Managers and Producers on resourcing, budgets, and timelines
• The Sr. Art Director will need to have Motion Knowledge/Skills, Deep Video Production Experience, Social Mindset, Conceptual Pitch Skills, and Great Brand/Design Chops.
