In this key position, you will leverage your analytical expertise to conduct error attribution and advanced root cause analysis, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities through data-driven insights and develop high-impact analytical solutions.
• Independently explore data and create a structured analytical work plan to derive meaningful insights.
• Formulate, execute, and analyze hypotheses to pinpoint factors contributing to forecasting errors.
• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with portfolio objectives to measure project success.
• Communicate analytical solutions and results through compelling narratives and visualizations, engaging stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.
• Drive project execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and data science, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Understand coding, GIT, documentation, and quality assurance best practices.
• Present actionable recommendations to senior leadership and internal clients.

Qualifications:Required:3+ years of experience in business analytics, analytical or strategy consulting, or a related field, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas) with 3+ years of professional experience.
• Strong statistical background with experience in experimental design and ROI analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Solid SQL coding skills are essential.
• Experience in the PBM industry and/or management consulting is a plus.
• Proficiency in Tableau is advantageous.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree in a quantitative field or an MBA is strongly preferred.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
