We are geared up for growth, are you ready to grow with us?Position Summary/Objective:The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist, Key Accounts supports Concierge members in strategizing, executing and analyzing their multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns. The position serves as the day-to-day interface between the agency and its clients working with internal teams to provide deliverables on time and on budget based on client expectations and needs. The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist, Key Accounts is responsible for the successful execution of assigned account projects and tasks, quality assurance and ultimately, client satisfaction for our highest spending and most technologically advanced members.Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Work with Concierge Account Coordinator to delegate support needs to keep accounts and members in good standing.

  • Manages the expectations and oversees the day-to-day service and satisfaction of clients.
  • Leads and integrates account team (production manager, creative services, digital services, web development, business development) and delegates deliverables on behalf of client.
  • Keeps apprised of job progress and approving project timing and budgets – keeping projects on time and on budget.
  • Keeps apprised of the client’s brands, products, sales, services, KPIs and marketing developments as well as those within their industry.
  • Communicates effectively routinely and in a timely manner with clients including immediate responses to email, phone calls, messages and meeting coordination.
  • Resolves problems and issues arising from client and/or projects and identifies key learnings and best practices to prevent repeat of incident.
  • Provides clear direction and quality assurance for all client deliverables. Proofs creative work and reviews with client for final approval in a timely manner. Provides creative direction and feedback before final approval by art director. Creates and executes creative briefs when necessary.
  • Effectively presents all agency work/proposals to clients, identifying new business opportunities for the client within their industry or market, generating ideas both for clients and the agency.
  • Routinely reviews and analyzes campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and continued growth/improvement.
  • Accurately submits billing and project management tasks and maintains up to date information in Salesforce and Jira (client information, products, digital marketing spends)
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.

Remote Work/Travel: This position will work remotely from a home address and subject to AVB’s Remote Work policies and procedures which are then in effect. In addition, from time to time, this position will be required to engage in travel, including travel to attend AVB’s Annual All-Employee Meeting as well as other travel obligations which may be required of the position such as meetings with members, attendance at conventions and shows and other events where you will represent AVB.   • Strong passion aptitude for and knowledge of project and meeting management.
  • Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, highly collaborative and interconnected environment.
  • Google Ads certification in Search & Display.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Extremely customer-focused; positive, professional attitude.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
  • Account Executive/Management: 2-4 years’ related experience; Agency experience is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of advertising, digital marketing, social media, creative services, advertising, production, marketing, retail and sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (including audience identification and analysis, targeting, experience design, digital production, and online analytics.) Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and organizational skills are required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Salary: $60000 – 70000 per year
