Description: Sr. Marketing Programs ManagerKey Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications programs that drive Health App adoption and engagement across North America
– Lead strategic planning and implementation of integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, partnerships, and events marketing
– Orchestrate brand messaging and communications strategies across multiple channels and touchpoints
– Build and manage relationships with agency partners, influencers, and key stakeholders
– Create and optimize content strategies that resonate with health-conscious consumers
– Manage program budgets and track ROI across marketing initiatives
– Coordinate with global teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting for regional needs
– Drive partnership marketing programs with digital health companies, pharma/bio concerns, academic institutions, healthcare providers, fitness and wellness global brand organization
– Analyze program performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
– Manage reporting and stakeholder alignment internally across worldwide, as well as with partners and vendorsRequired Qualifications:
– 7+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably in healthcare/wellness or consumer technology
– Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns
– Experience with influencer marketing and partnership development
– Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and report on program effectiveness
– Excellence in project management and cross-functional collaboration
– Background in digital health, wellness, or consumer health technology preferred
– Experience working with global brands and understanding of healthcare marketing regulations
– Exceptional communication and presentation skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldWhat Success Looks Like:

– 32 hours per week
– 12-month initial contract with possibility of extension
– Hybrid work arrangement (2 days in Mountain View office, 3 days remote)
