RemoteThe successful candidate will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing advanced data solutions using Palantir Foundry and AI/ML technologies to address complex business challenges. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop scalable applications, build data pipelines, and deploy machine learning models that enhance data-driven decision-making across company operations.The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Palantir Foundry, Python, and AI/ML development, along with a solid understanding of integrating data sources and building advanced analytics workflows.Duties/Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the Palantir Foundry platform to support business operations and analytics initiatives.
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and integrate diverse structured and unstructured data sources.
• Implement AI/ML models within Palantir’s AIP platform to automate processes and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and system architecture diagrams.
• Create customized applications using Palantir APIs and SDKs to extend Foundry’s native capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, privacy, and security within all developed solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure optimal management of solution assets along with their relevant deployment pipelines.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML, Palantir platform capabilities, and best practices to drive continuous innovation.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production deployments of developed solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. (Master’s Degree preferred)
• 4 years of experience developing solutions on Palantir Foundry and AIP Platforms
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript with a focus on creating highly maintainable code.
• Experience with data processing and analytics tools such as Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Databricks.
• Skilled in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Power BI is a plus.
• Experienced with source code versioning and strategies using Git.
• Proficiency in Palantir AIP technologies including Logic, Automate, Agent Studio, Workshop, LLMs, and Ontology.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, model training/deployment.
• Hands-on experience integrating APIs and developing custom applications on Palantir.
• Deep knowledge of data engineering, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure and cloud storage platforms such as Amazon S3 and Azure Blob storage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Plusses:

• Palantir certifications (Foundry Developer Certification or similar).
• Experience with platforms and technologies such as PostgreSQL, Key/Value Stores, React, ElasticSearch, R, C.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of legal services, healthcare, or financial services domains is a plus.
