This attorney will play a critical role in legal operations and case management, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service to clients. Unlike a traditional associate role, this position is not on a partner track and carries reduced billable hour requirements, providing an excellent balance for a high-performing attorney who values flexibility and impact without the pressure of traditional partnership expectations.Key Responsibilities

• Support litigation teams with case management, legal research, drafting pleadings, and discovery management.
• Assist in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trial.
• Review, analyze, and organize complex documents and case files.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to streamline legal operations and ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all aspects of case handling and documentation.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from a top law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility for prompt admission).
• Minimum of 2 + years of commercial litigation experience preferred, though strong academic and practical experience will be considered.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
