Description: Summer School Special Education 1:1 Para Professional for 2nd Grade Student
Held at Belvidere Park District – 6581 Revlon Drive, Belvidere
Hours are 8:30 – 4:00
June 2 – 20, 2025 (Not June 19, 2025)Individual assists an individual student with learning activities in the classroom, data collection and monitoring student during non-instructional time. Must be able to work collaboratively with all relevant school staff including teachers, nurses and related services.Qualifications:Certification by the Illinois State Board of Education as a state and NCLB approved paraprofessional.
(Minimum of 60 credit hours or passage of Para Pro Praxis Test)
Computer Skills Preferred.Salary/Benefits:
Placement on non-certified support staff schedule, depending on college credit and/or training experience.
