Description: We are seeking a Tax Supervisor to join our professional services team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to handle complex tax situations, and possesses strong analytical skills.

• Prepare and review complex tax returns and projections
• Conduct tax research and planning
• Assist in federal, state and local tax audits
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Collaborate with internal departments to address tax issues
• Provide leadership and support to junior tax staff
• Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law
• Work on special projects as needed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in tax preparation and review
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite

• An estimated salary range of $125,500 – $145,000
• Bonus eligibility
• Generous PTO – 25 days total pool, not including federal holidays, increasing to 30 after 3 years
