This role presents an exceptional chance to engage with crucial legal affairs at the convergence of technology and law. The successful individual will play a key role in designing and brokering intricate licensing and technology contracts, delivering strategic guidance on complex intellectual property matters, and delivering essential legal assistance for significant corporate integrations and financial activities. The position necessitates a forward-thinking mindset, including advising on unique legal issues brought about by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain. Moreover, the role will entail overseeing start-up and developing companies through the complexities of growth, production, and product introduction stages. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamically changing practice that influences the future of technology law.Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-certified law school.
• Membership to the New York State Bar.
• A minimum of 4 years of significant experience in one or more of the following: drafting and negotiating technology agreements, intellectual property consultation, M&A and financial transaction assistance, or advising on new technologies like AI and blockchain.
• Distinguished academic achievements.
• Experience within a distinguished band one or two law establishment.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven expertise in fields such as business software, cloud services, outsourcing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, financial technologies and payment systems, mobile apps, e-commerce, interactive amusement (including gaming), digital content, and/or hardware.
• A profound understanding of the changing legal domain concerning technological advancement.
