Description: Warranty/Lemon Law Document Assistant Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Warrant/Lemon Law Document Assistant to support our Legal Department in managing warranty and lemon law litigation. This role plays a critical part in the legal discovery process by gathering, organizing, and transmitting key documentation to external legal partners.

  • Retrieve and compile customer and vehicle documents from a variety of internal systems and departments
  • Download and organize data from internal databases
  • Maintain and update case files accurately and efficiently
  • Send collected documentation to external counsel for legal production
  • Communicate with outside attorneys regarding legal backgrounds and case-specific information
  • Assist with other legal discovery-related projects as needed

Warranty/Lemon Law Document Assistant Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage a high volume of work
  • Proven capability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proactive communication style with internal teams and external counsel
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting litigation teams and case managers
  • Familiarity with legal administrative functions and document/matter management systems
