Description: OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for a Web Administrator to manage the day to day maintenance of the LMS platform. This position will be located in Columbia, MD and will be an on-site position.ResponsibilitiesCreating and managing user accounts, assigning roles and permissions, and ensuring appropriate access to learning materials. Configuring the LMS to meet the organization’s specific needs, including setting up courses, learning paths, and user interfaces.Uploading, organizing, and maintaining learning materials, ensuring they are current, accurate, and accessible. Ensuring all training programs comply with relevant regulations and generating reports on training metrics and key performance indicators

  • Generating reports on user activity, course completion rates, and other key metrics to assess the effectiveness of the LMS and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring the LMS integrates seamlessly with other relevant systems and platforms, and managing system updates, patches, and security measures.
  • Providing training to users on how to effectively use the LMS, and communicating updates, changes, and new features.
  • Managing the LMS, including user management, course uploads, system configuration, and monitoring system performance.
  • Strong understanding of LMS functionality, database management, and technical troubleshooting.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s with 4 yrs of experience (or commensurate)
  • Clearance Level: Secret
  • 3+ years of experience managing and maintain-ing web presence and LMS (e.g., Blackboard) platforms, en-suring performance, security, and user experience.
  • Skilled in web server administration, LMS management, troubleshooting, and security implementation.
  • IAT Level I or higher
