Are you a problem solver, data-driven, highly technical, and eager to learn? If so, you may be an excellent fit for our upcoming 2025 DELVE DEEPER Internship Program in Louisville, Colorado!As a DELVE DEEPER Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to “delve” into the world of Marketing & Web Analytics. This internship will last approximately 12 weeks with the potential to move to a full-time role thereafter. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven to learn, grow their career in digital marketing, and remain a valuable member of the DELVE DEEPER team!As a Web Analytics Intern you will need to:

• Familiarize witt Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other GMP products (when necessary);
• Learn the basics of Analytics and Tag Manager tracking code configuration and account set up;
• Design documentation on Analytics account setup, summarize results of a task / project execution;
• Learn extracting Analytics data in a way that answers a business question;
• Deliver simple analytical work (data analysis and reporting) assisting senior analysts;
• Learn to design and build meaningful and interactive dashboards in Looker Studio;
• Qualify by proving the learned knowledge after the internship period

Qualifications:

• Recent or upcoming college graduate (2024/2025)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a critical thinker
• Ability to work independently on tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and under time sensitive deadlines
• Above-average knowledge of English in verbal and written communication
• Ability to work with data, familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to perform in depth research and analysis

Preferred Skills:The below characteristics and skills will help you stand out:

• Knowledge of analytical and statistical software/tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Lookr Studio, Tableau, Power BI)

What you need:

• Completion of three years of study in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in digital media, computer science. business administration, economics, statistics
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher
