You will:

  • Administer and optimize our email platform to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient communication
  • Support business line communications teams with email campaign management
  • Work with divisional content owners to manage web content that aligns with our brand and supports organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate email platform with other digital tools for consistent operations
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve email and web content strategies, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction
  • Stay informed about the latest technological advancements in email and web content management to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years related work experience
  • Experience in email platform administration and web content management
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of email platform administration and content management systems (CMS)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on troubleshooting and optimizing digital solutions
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Information on these benefit programs is available on our site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $68,000 – $102,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
