We’re looking for a skilled Web Developer with solid experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including jQuery), and ColdFusion. This is a mid-level position ideal for someone who understands how websites are built and function end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with both front-end and server-side development and able to support the ongoing creation and maintenance of multiple client sites.This is not a modern JavaScript framework environment—React, Node, Vue, etc. are not used. Instead, we value developers who can work within traditional web stacks and bring strong practical knowledge of full-site development using ColdFusion and SQL databases.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and enhance websites using ColdFusion, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQueryCollaborate with internal teams to manage content updates, site enhancements, and new buildsUse SQL (primarily MS-SQL) to manage and integrate data-driven componentsEnsure consistent performance, security, and maintainability across client projectsTroubleshoot bugs and handle debugging on both the client and server sideMaintain version control using CVS or SVNContribute to technical documentation and codebase organizationRequired SkillsStrong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQueryProfessional experience with ColdFusion for server-side processingUnderstanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC conceptsExperience working with MS-SQL (T-SQL)Familiarity with version control systems (CVS or SVN)Ability to manage and maintain multiple active websites simultaneouslySolid troubleshooting skills and attention to detailA Plus to HaveExperience working with WordPressFamiliarity with the Bootstrap frameworkExposure to Mura CMSKnowledge of IIS Web ServerExperience supporting nonprofit or association clientsWhat We OfferHybrid work environment with a flexible scheduleA collaborative and supportive team cultureLong-term client relationships and consistent project pipelineCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunity to grow within a stable, respected firm
