Description: As a Web Order Processing Specialist at Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS, you receive and process EDI and web orders. You will also take direct phone calls and emails from customers and sales reps regarding EDI and web orders. Your success in this role is critical for representing the company as a point of contact to provide solutions for all customers, both internal and external.RESPONSIBILITIESEDI/Web Order Handling & Processing (70%)Process existing orders, provide product information, create RGA or refer call to appropriate department, dealer/distributor or sales repCoordinate with other departments to verify availability of productRecommend product selection of Equipment/Blades based on Product applicationHandle all maintenance for orders received via EDI/webManage calls coming into the quesManage customer score cardsAdministrative (20%)Maintain CRM dataProcess or respond to email correspondence from customer or sales repsMaintain and manage customer chatsNew Customer setupsManage buying group accounts

• Manage item catalog cross reference tables
