Description: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with direct experience managing multiple prime contractors under NY Wicks Law. The role focuses on delivering public sector construction projects including municipal buildings, schools, fire stations, and healthcare facilities.

  • Oversee the execution of public sector projects under Wicks Law.
  • Manage coordination among multiple prime contractors and trades.
  • Lead project scheduling, budgeting, MEP coordination, and on-site supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with public-sector regulations and client requirements.
  • Interface with stakeholders including municipalities, architects, and engineers.
